Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen win at CFDA Awards.

Last night on June 4, 2012, one of fashion's biggest nights took place--the CFDA awards. Many esteemed designers, models and celebrities arrived in risk taking gowns to see who would be voted the various titles amongst which was 'Womenswear Designer of the Year'. Other designers, such as Marc Jacobs and Proenza Schouler were up for the same title as the infamous Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley. But at the end of the night, the twins prevailed and won the title for themselves. This title will solidify the twins place in the industry, making them more than just another typical celebrity line. Other titles awarded include 'Menswear Designer of the Year', awarded to Billy Reid, and 'Accessory Designer of the Year', given to Reed Krakoff. Tommy Hilfiger was also awarded the Geoffrey Bean Lifetime Achievement Award.
